Back in 2019, REAC began a voluntary demonstration to better identify potential adjustments to standards, protocols, and processes prior to nationwide implementation.

Now rolling out nationwide, the new NSPIRE model prioritizes health, safety, and functional defects over appearance. It implements inspections that better reflect the true physical conditions of the property. The NSPIRE model supports the adoption of sound, year-round maintenance practices.

At the completion of this two-hour webinar, you'll thoroughly understand the most important NSPIRE standards related to all three of the inspectable areas (outside, inside, and units).

Using multiple photos and real-life examples, together we will examine how different and challenging these new standards are and what you need to be doing right now in anticipation of future REAC inspections.
