Certain geographical areas of the state are federally designated as a "targeted area.” These targeted areas may include entire counties or certain census tracts within a county. For a comprehensive list please refer to the resources below.
How to Use the CHFA Targeted Area Map
- To get started, type an address in the field at the top of the map.
- To determine your census tract, click on the pinpoint of your address on the map.
- Then click on the arrow.
- A popup will appear, providing the census tract number and indicating if the property falls within a targeted area.
