CHFA's loan rates are available in two ways:
- Via HomeConnection: Only those with credentials to HomeConnection can access this system. Request credentials.
- Via Email: Sign up to receive a daily email detailing CHFA’s loan rates. Should you no longer want to receive this email, you can opt out at any time. In addition, stay up-to-date on CHFA’s Home Finance products, changes, and events by subscribing to the CHFA Home Finance eNews. Check both boxes under “Email Lists” when signing up.

Rates posted after 10:00pm MT, over holidays, and weekends are sample rates from the previous business day and are not to be relied upon for reservations. New reservations can be made between 9:30am and 10:00pm MT, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Homebuyers interested in applying for financing should contact one of CHFA's Participating Lenders. CHFA does not lend money directly to consumers.
