Tax Credit Housing professionals are invited to sit for the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) exam.

Our session included two hours of review and follows an optional two-day workshop with Zeffert & Associates, “LIHTC Master Class: Essentials and Advanced Concepts.”

The HCCP is a closed-book, 75-question multiple choice exam, which is developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and proctored by Zeffert & Associates. You will have two hours and 30 minutes to complete the test. Click here for online HCCP preparation requirements.

Cost: $175 member and nonmember

You will receive your final results email from NAHB. This email will come within roughly 10 days of the date you take the exam online. Passing this exam is the first step in earning the HCCP designation.
