CHFA was recently made aware of a malicious phishing email that has been sent to several housing developers who are CHFA customers. The email is designed to appear as though it originates from CHFA, and it requests that recipients click a link to provide information which it deems time sensitive and urgent.
If you have recently received an email that matches this description or receive one in the future, please do not click any links in the email. These emails did not originate from CHFA. If you have already clicked the link, please consider alerting your IT Department.
