CHFA understands working with loan officers who may be familiar with a specific group of individuals may be important to a homebuyer. This feature highlights those loan officers who are in the top ten percent of serving households within a certain demographic (i.e., “Hispanic and Latino” or “Persons with a Disability”) within the previous 12 months.
Placement on a list identifies loan officers that may have experience serving certain populations. It does not indicate that the listed loan officer only serves a certain demographic or group of individuals. A homebuyer may work with any loan officer from our Participating Lender network.
