Results are determined by the number of households who utilized a CHFA loan program when working with that loan officer in the previous calendar year or most recent rolling 12-month period. The results do not constitute an endorsement or referral by CHFA, nor do they guarantee quality of service, outcomes, or results.*
CHFA loan programs are available through our statewide network of CHFA Participating Lenders. A homebuyer may work with any loan officer working for a CHFA Participating Lender. The filters provided on this site are available as a convenience only. You are not required to utilize any specific filter or loan officer unless you desire.
This filter allows a homebuyer to view loan officers who have helped a household purchase a home in a specific county in the previous 12 months.
The statuses (Gold, Silver, Bronze) are based on the number of CHFA loans a loan officer completed in the previous calendar year. The number of loans to receive a particular status may change from year to year based on the total number of CHFA loans originated. For example, in 2024, to receive Gold status, a loan offer must have originated 51 or more CHFA loans.
  • Gold = Top 1% in CHFA households served
  • Silver = Top 5% in CHFA households served
  • Bronze = Top 10% in CHFA households served

CHFA understands working with loan officers who may be familiar with a specific group of individuals may be important to a homebuyer. This feature highlights those loan officers who are in the top ten percent of serving households within a certain demographic (i.e., “Hispanic and Latino” or “Persons with a Disability”) within the previous 12 months.

Placement on a list identifies loan officers that may have experience serving certain populations. It does not indicate that the listed loan officer only serves a certain demographic or group of individuals. A homebuyer may work with any loan officer from our Participating Lender network.

This filter allows a homebuyer to search for a loan officer who reported to CHFA that they can speak languages other than English.
Loan officers who serve on CHFA’s Lender Advisory Group (LAG) are identified with this filter. LAG helps guide the future of affordable housing in Colorado. Members of LAG share their thoughts about CHFA, its programs and services, and ways CHFA can offer more support to meet the needs of homebuyers in today's competitive market.
