Mancos Commons is a mixed-use development in downtown Mancos featuring studio, retail, office space, and three affordable apartments for local residents. It is adjacent to the historic Mancos Common Press, a restored 1900s newspaper shop. CHFA was proud to support Mancos Commons through its Small-scale Housing Technical Assistance program, providing pro bono technical assistance as well as financing.

“Without exception, the CHFA staff were consistently and readily available to answer our questions, provide resources, and guide us through the complex maze of the project,” said Tami Graham, President of the Mancos Common Press Board of Directors. “We absolutely could not have completed this project without their invaluable insight and support along the way.”
