As a CHFA home mortgage customer, you have access to an online Customer Care Center, which provides online bill payment services and the opportunity to sign up for eStatements. 

You will need to set up a login and password for your account.

Are you experiencing financial difficulty?

We understand that times are tough, and sometimes life can throw you a curve ball. If you are ever at risk of not being able to make your mortgage payments on time, please contact CHFA at 855.587.8655 as soon as possible to let us know about your situation. Together, we can work to identify resources that might be available to assist you.

If you would like housing counseling or assistance, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a list of homeownership counselors or counseling organizations in your area. Please visit HUD's website, or call 800.569.4287.

Additionally, you may contact Colorado Housing Connects at 877.601.HOPE to be connected with a free, HUD-approved housing counselor, or click here to view a list of CHFA housing counseling partners.​

To access mortgage payment assistance resources, help may be available through the Colorado Department of Local Affairs’ Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program, or the Colorado Homeownership Coalition’s mortgage assistance program.

Payoff Information

Getting ready to pay off your CHFA home loan? To help ensure a smooth transition, we've put together a list of a few things to keep in mind.

Hazard Insurance Information

As the servicer of your loan, we are the named mortgagee on any insurance claim check you may receive. The interest we hold in the property makes it necessary for us to specify the process by which the Total Loss Proceeds (TLP) will be administered.

Submission of Documents: Include the name of your dedicated point of contact and your Loan Number on all correspondence that you submit. You must mail the Insurance claim checks to the following street address. You may submit all other required documents to either our street address, fax, or email address:

Changes to Hazard Insurance Policy

Changes to your insurance policy including new policies and cancellations can be submitted to the servicer in the following methods.
