chfa celebrates 2023 eagle award winners

Each year, the Housing Colorado Eagle Awards recognize exemplary projects and people in Colorado’s affordable housing industry. CHFA Preservation Program Manager Beth Truby took home this distinguished award in the “Person or People” category at the 2023 Eagle Awards ceremony held Thursday, May 18th, in Denver. Beth was nominated by her peers and selected by the Eagle Awards committee in recognition of her many career accomplishments.

CHFA extends congratulations to this year’s award winners and nominees, including the following Eagle Award winning developments supported by Housing Tax Credits: Renaissance Legacy Lofts (Denver), Viña Apartments (Denver), Avi at Olde Town (Arvada), and Maxfield Heights (Rifle). These properties illustrate the great work the Housing Tax Credit program does in strengthening affordable housing across Colorado.
