announcing the 2023-2024 qap public hearing dates

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold two public hearings in Colorado regarding the Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (the Plan) for the year 2023-2024. The purpose of these hearings is to receive input on the Plan and to discuss proposed changes to the Plan for the upcoming year.

The first hearing will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022, from 9:30am to 10:30am via Microsoft Teams www.chfainfo.com/QAP-hearing

The second hearing will be on Monday, July 25, 2022, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm via Microsoft Teams www.chfainfo.com/QAP-hearing

If you are unable to attend either of these hearings, written comments will be accepted through October 1, 2022, and should be submitted here.
