chfa direct effect awards application open for 2025 round two

CHFA is pleased to announce the application for the second round of 2025 Direct Effect Awards is now open.

Direct Effect Awards are an opportunity for CHFA to recognize and support Colorado nonprofits whose missions align with our work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. Awards typically range from $5,000 to $30,000. The average award amount in Round One was $8,873. All applications must be received by 11:59pm MT on September 12, 2025.
