Join CHFA for a webinar on Wednesday, September 10th, from Noon to 1:00pm. The webinar will address Colorado’s housing affordability gap, and the factors influencing Colorado’s housing affordability challenges and opportunities.

The webinar will include:

a demonstration of The Gap Map, an interactive tool that highlights key housing affordability data across the state;
a discussion of a new CHFA Housing Affordability Gap white paper examining various factors influencing housing affordability in Colorado; and
a presentation from Housing Colorado featuring the Colorado Zoning Atlas, a detailed database of residential zoning options for Colorado’s 64 counties.

The session will conclude with time for questions and discussion.
