The second of three sessions, “TRACS on Track: Recertifications Plus" looks at the recertifications that will be needed for a household to continue their subsidy or residency at a community funded by HUD.  

Once a household is moved into its new home and into TRACS, events require changes. Make these changes manageable by knowing what to look for and use in TRACS and the other systems of HUD. A team approach includes the company, property, resident, CHFA, and HUD.
