CHFA will host a public webinar on Tuesday, August 26th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm to provide an implementation update on SB25-006: Investment Authority of State Treasurer for Affordable Housing.

As adopted, the bill authorizes the State Treasurer to invest up to $50 million in CHFA-issued bonds to support the development of affordable, for sale housing. This investment will support construction financing and home mortgages to increase the inventory of long-term affordable housing. The webinar will include general program details, implementation timeline, and an opportunity for questions and feedback.
