To celebrate Homeownership Month in June 2025, CHFA invited CHFA homeowners to share how owning their home has changed their life along with a photo of them and their home. CHFA received more than 150 eligible entries for the Good to be home sweepstakes and randomly selected one winning entry. The winner receives a $1,000 Visa gift card.

To celebrate Homeownership Month in June, CHFA invites you to enter the Good to be home sweepstakes!* Share how owning your home has changed your life in 200 words or less along with a photo of you and your home and you could win a $1,000 Visa gift card! CHFA will randomly select one winning entry and will announce the winner by July 16, 2025.
