announcement of public hearings for the proposition 123 affordable housing financing fund fiscal year 2027 funding plan

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) will hold public hearings in Colorado seeking feedback on the Proposition 123 Affordable Housing Financing Fund Fiscal Year 2027 Funding Plan.

The Funding Plan will include the estimated funding allocations for Proposition 123 Land Banking, Concessionary Debt, and Equity programs during Fiscal Year 2027, as well as the anticipated timing of competitive application rounds. Also included are the requirements and priorities established by the statute, as well as the strategic priorities established by the state, which will guide funding decisions.

The hearings will be held virtually. Please register below via Zoom to attend.

The webinar presentation will be recorded and published on the Affordable Housing Financing Fund website (coloradoaffordablehousingfinancingfund.com). Those unable to attend the webinar who wish to provide feedback in writing may email AHFF@chfainfo.com. The Funding Plan will be published in June.
