The world of work is changing, and employers increasingly critique the preparation of incoming employees. This workshop will prepare case managers to assist their clients in preparing for the realities of work.  

We will discuss job readiness in three areas: soft skills, hard skills, and personal readiness. 

We will go over common employment readiness tools and interest assessments, with a focus on developing participants skills in communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and active listening.  

Cost: $50 nonmember
