Managers and all staff responsible for determining tenant eligibility for properties under the Housing Tax Credit program are invited to join Zeffert & Associates trainer Natalie Meador as she provides information to successfully house those in need of tax credit housing. 

The workshop will provide a thorough review of federal regulations, along with a wealth of practical application and solid instruction on vital Housing Tax Credit management issues. All new major changes are covered under property compliance and qualifying households. 

Each attendee who completes this course will receive a certificate of attendance which includes 14 hours of continuing education.

This tax credit course is our in-depth two-day training followed by the optional closed-book Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) online exam. Although the HCCP exam is not required, this training is designed to specifically prepare you to take the HCCP exam. 

An optional two-hour review and closed-book exam is scheduled for Friday, March 29, however you may opt to take the exam online at a date and time of your choosing.
