• Tenant Selection Plan updates and HOTMA implementation options;
• best practices for processing Interim Certifications;
• what to look for on Enterprise Income Verifications (EIV);
• what documentation is needed to show eligible citizen or non-citizen status;
• understanding and applying phased-in hardship provisions;
• navigating HUD’s asset limitations and related exceptions.

Participants will explore real case studies and problem-solve scenarios that challenge even seasoned housing professionals. By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools to make sound compliance decisions, adapt to HOTMA changes, and confidently manage nuanced tenant file situations.

This three-hour class will include a one-hour lunch break.
