Quadel's Assisted Multifamily Housing Manager (AHM) occupancy training is an online, instructor-led course in five, four-hour sessions that help your property comply with all HUD program requirements while providing a variety of techniques to ensure that tenant files satisfy the requirements of the Rental Housing Integrity Improvement Project (RHIIP).
Updated with the most recent HOTMA guidance, this course is essential training for front-line staff, managers, and owners of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing.
The training will equip participants with the skills required to earn a superior annual Management and Occupancy Review (MOR). The course will cover all programs in the HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV-1/CHG-4, including Section 8 multifamily housing, Section 236, Section 221(d) (3), Section 202, Section 811, Rent Supplement, RAP, and the new Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Projects.
This course includes an optional certification exam at the close of the workshop. All participants will receive a copy of Quadel's nationally recognized AHM course book to assist trained program staff in performing their daily functions more efficiently and to serve as a desk reference after the workshop ends.
For those taking the certification examination, there is a two-week window in which to complete the exam.
