Housing is a complicated endeavor. While top-down directives are often appropriate, sometimes it is more efficient and effective to solve problems collaboratively than to impose a solution. 

In this class you'll learn specific, practical strategies for generating collaborative solutions by soliciting information, perspectives, and suggestions from those who will be involved in the implementation process. 

We'll discuss when collaboration is helpful and when it isn't, how to structure it so it doesn't slow down the decision-making process, and the difference between a "voice" and a "vote."

You'll leave with some specific collaborative strategies that encourage buy-in and follow-through.
