A Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) examines whether a property is in compliance with HUD requirements.  The best way to prepare is to know what will take place during and after the review so you can take action well before the review is scheduled.  

During this class we will go step by step of the forms, policies, procedures, files, and physical condition that will be monitored so you have the information to have a successful MOR. We'll also go over what your next steps should be after an MOR is completed. 

This course is ideal for those who have day-to-day or direct oversight of a property that has HUD funding.
