Focused on mediating smoking-related complaints (tobacco or marijuana) in multifamily housing settings, in this session you will learn about how mediation facilitates participant-centered solutions for residents and housing providers. 

Mediation has proven to be a time-efficient and cost-effective alternative to eviction for smoking violations.
