Are you familiar with your local Area Agency on Aging, or AAA? An AAA is a public or private nonprofit agency, designated by the state to address the needs and concerns of all older persons in a geographic area. All counties in Colorado have an AAA to provide local programs and services.

Get to know the AAA through this presentation with the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), the designated AAA for an eight-county region. DRCOG has more than 50 years’ experience providing comprehensive services to address the needs of the region's older adults and people living with disabilities.

DRCOG's services include help with Medicare and benefits, transportation, food, and housing assistance, including services needed to remain independent or find assisted living. Join us to learn more and plan to access your local AAA’s service network.
