This comprehensive NSPIRE training covers all standards and is specifically designed for participants in the Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 program, including Housing Authorities, HQS inspectors, landlords, and more.

We will fully review the NSPIRE-V inspection standards, which represent a significant departure from the outdated HQS. Through clear language and hundreds of photos, attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the factors that can lead to inspection failure, empowering them to effectively manage affordable housing.

This three-hour training includes US Inspection Group’s latest NSPIRE-V Guidebook, an HQS to NSPIRE “crosswalk” guide, an NSPIRE-V compliance checklist, and more.

A one-hour lunch break is included in the day.
