This live, interactive online training and ongoing professional support provides you with:
- A 12-part live, online professional certification program. The PCCHI program offers 30 course hours in an in-depth, structured curriculum that blends foundational knowledge with practical strategies. Learn directly from top experts in real time, with practical, evidence-based strategies. The program equips key agency staff and community professionals with the knowledge, tools, ongoing education and support needed to effectively respond to hoarding cases.
- Multi-disciplinary training. Participants will gain expertise in interagency collaboration and evidence-based approaches to intervention. The program is designed for case managers, social workers, elder service providers, Adult Protective Services staff, Housing Authorities, property management, HUD officials, Health and Human Services staff members, housing service coordinators, First Responders, public health agencies, Code Enforcement Officers, members of hoarding task forces, and more.
- Ongoing support and education. Upon completion of the 12-part PCCHI, participants can sustain and strengthen their certification through exclusive monthly continuing education classes and specialized team case consultations. Additional fees may apply.
