Demonstrate your forethought and deepen your approach to the inevitable risks that arise in housing and community development projects. Over two days of instruction, discussion, and activity, you will be guided to apply multiple tools and techniques to your real-world work.

We encourage you to put the course content to work on your current projects as you identify risks, plan responses, and manage project risks that you may encounter. In the process you will work to resolve risks, minimize risks, or arrive at a decision to accept risks as part of your project. 

As an offering within the Housing Professionals Institute, class credits may be allocated to a Leadership Certificate, Management Certificate, or Onsite Professionals Certificate.
