The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) defines construction work as any work that involves construction, alteration, or repair, including painting and decorating. This Safety Management training is intended for anyone in a supervisory role on such a jobsite. 

The course introduces basic OSHA standards and explains OSHA’s Multi-Employer Worksite Policy. Additionally, the course focuses on the elements of maintaining proper documentation for training, enforcement, abatement, and reprimand. 

The course covers the role of a competent person onsite and discusses employers’ OSHA reporting obligations. Lastly, the course provides basic advice on the do’s and don’ts in case of an OSHA inspection.
