Please join us for office hours with CHFA’s Section 8 Multifamily Compliance Officers, who monitor compliance with program regulations on multifamily PBRA properties.

This is not a presentation, but rather an interactive opportunity for participants to bring questions about recent HOTMA changes and the impact it will have on CHFA’s Management Occupancy Reviews (MORs).

Prior to attending, it is recommended that participants review the on-demand resource, “HOTMA Changes to CHFA Section 8 Monitoring Practices.” This video will be sent to registered participants by Friday, September 20th.
