There comes a moment in the life of a leader when technical competence is not enough. It may be the transition from being a great employee to being appointed to a managerial role. Or it may be the transition from managing a small team to leading an impactful project for the organization. 

Holding a vision bigger than one’s own ability to accomplish it takes a lot more than self-confidence. It takes the ability to invite and persuade others to come on the journey, and the steadiness to make it safe for them to stay. It takes trusting in others when that feels risky.

In this session we explore the ways communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence help to bridge from a stance of personal excellence to supporting the accomplishments of others.
