Announcement of Public Hearing
For the 2023-2024 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan
Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold two public hearings in Colorado regarding the Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (the Plan) for the year 2023-2024. The purpose of these hearings is to receive input on the Plan and to discuss proposed changes to the Plan for the upcoming year.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 9:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. via Microsoft Teams.

If you are unable to attend any of these hearings, written comments will be accepted through October 1, 2022, and should be submitted here.
