Round One 2026 – Federal 9 Percent and State Housing Tax Credit
- Letter of Intent Deadline – December 1, 2025, by 5:00pm MT
- Application Deadline – February 2, 2026, by 5:00pm MT
MIHTC 2026
- Letter of Intent Deadline – March 16, 2026, by 5:00pm MT
- Application Deadline – May 18, 2026, by 5:00pm MT
Round Two 2026 – Federal 4 Percent and State Housing Tax Credit
- Letter of Intent Deadline – June 1, 2026, by 5:00pm MT
- Application Deadline – August 3, 2026, by 5:00pm MT
Carryover Applications
- Complete Carryover application due on the first business day of the 13th month following award letter or June 1, 2026
State Housing Credit Milestone
- If not subject to Carryover, required Milestone documentation due on the first business day of the 18th month following reservation letter or May 1, 2026 for 2024 Round Two awarded projects
Placed-in-service Documentation
- Due within 45 days after placing in service
Final Applications
- Due within six months of placed-in-service date, or by November 2, 2026
