Then, we suggest you follow the property’s grievance procedures. Grievance procedures should be available in the property’s front office, and a copy can be obtained from the onsite personnel. If the property does not have grievance procedures available, or if your voiced concerns are not addressed, please contact CHFA’s Tenant Line at 303.297.7442 to report the incident.
