Qualified Allocation Plan

CHFA is required to publish a Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP, or Plan) describing the process for allocation of ​the housing tax credits. The Plan is available for review by interested parties before approval by the Governor of Colorado and final publication. ​​In an effort to promote transparency throughout the Qualified Allocation Plan development process, we have included prior year QAPs and the most recent year's drafts for review.
