CHFA's Document Delivery System allows lender staff to submit electronic loan files and documents for review by CHFA. This system enables lenders to review the status of their submissions, and to identify missing or invalid documents so that only complete packages are advanced for review.​ Features of the new system include:

  • A single platform to upload documents through CHFA HomeConnectionsm  for all CHFA loan programs
  • Access to information regarding the status of loan documents
    • ​When documents are received
    • When documents are accepted
    • When documents are invalid
  • Document requirements based on the specific loan program and dwelling type
