CHFA's HomeConnection is a system that allows Participating Lenders to manage their pipeline, view rates, lock loans, and submit electronic loan documents for review by CHFA.
Participating Lenders may access HomeConnectionsm to check on the status of a lock and to submit documents at any time. However, locks may only be made from 9:30am to 10:00pm MT, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
